　　建议信也是历年来查题次数最多的，2012年的欢迎建议信，2009，2007年的投诉建议信，今年算是
　　第四次考查建议信了，所以考生看到这个小作文应该能马上构思出框架结构并顺利完成小作文任务。小作文的题干要求如下：
